The Art of Managing Human Conflict

Interacting with others is a normal part of life. At times, we may experience conflicts within these relationships, whether at home or in the workplace. We believe that everyone should feel safe and confident in their world. This course is designed to highlight some of the many concepts we can use in our daily lives to communicate with ourselves and others more effectively.

    While working in my Taxi, just 4 months after a HardTarget Conflict Management course, I was in an incident where I was attacked by an offender attempting to take my motor vehicle. I was stabbed multiple times in my chest as I tried to escape being confined in the drivers seat of my vehicle all while strapped to my seatbelt.

    Because of the training I received from you, I was mentally and physically prepared for this particular scenario. The training had a huge impact in the aftermath of the attack, more so how it significantly helped me mentally with dealing with my emotions.
