Our Course

The Art of Managing Human Conflict

Interacting with others is a normal part of life. At times, we may experience conflicts within these relationships, whether at home or in the workplace. We believe that everyone should feel safe and confident in their world. This course is designed to highlight some of the many concepts we can use in our daily lives to communicate with ourselves and others more effectively.

Some of our goals include:

  • Enhance our partners, families and communities’ safety.

  • Knowing yourself, developing the tools to become more self-aware and present.

  • SME solutions to identified risks.

  • Self-management through tactical breathing.

  • Reduce the risk of identified confrontation moments.

  • Provide a unique resource that is customer-focused.

  • Provide a tangible solution to identified concerns.

  • Reduce anxiety, stress and fear for our team.

  • Increase trust between the employer and employee.

  • Improve confidence and capability by teaching essential life skills that can also be applied at home.

  • Build a positive conflict management culture.

  • Enhance positive brand perception.

The core outcome is that through providing fit-for-purpose, realistic programmes, our people have a resource with practical solutions to identified hazards. These can be utilised to enhance safety, empower communities, proactively reduce risk, provide peace of mind and strengthen workplace unity.
